The iNFA series femtosecond laser is an intelligent fiber femtosecond laser independently developed and manufactured by AIOPTICS . This product has the characteristics of high power, narrow pulse, and ultra stability. The iNFA intelligent femtosecond laser embeds intelligent recognition and control algorithms into the high-speed FPGA platform through global intelligent identification of femtosecond pulses and global optimization control of femtosecond laser parameters, achieving stable output femtosecond pulse state and controllable peak power. The laser adopts a double clad high mode field gain fiber combined with a three-level preamplifier to achieve nonlinear amplification of femtosecond pulses, with an integrated optoelectronic design and integrated water-cooled and air-cooled heat dissipation, easily achieving 250 fs pulse output with a single pulse energy of up to 20 μ J @ 1MHz. This product can be widely used in fields such as semiconductor wafer processing, optical waveguide chip processing, grating engraving, new energy material processing, polymer material processing and surface treatment.
